Tiger Woods Injured In Rollover Collision

Tiger Woods has been hospitalized following a rollover collision early Tuesday morning in Los Angeles.

“Tiger woods was in a single-car accident this morning in California where he suffered multiple leg injuries,” said his agent Mark Steinberg. “He is currently in surgery and we thank you for your privacy and support.”

While the extent of the golf superstar’s injuries leg injuries is not fully known, authorities say that his “jaws of life” were employed in extracting Woods from his vehicle.

The Los Angeles County sheriff’s department said that deputies arrived at the scene of the crash on the border of Rolling Hills Estates and Rancho Palos Verde around 7:12 a.m. PT

The vehicle sustained “major damage,” and Woods was promptly transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Back in 2009, Tiger Woods was challenged with overcoming a similar circumstance after crashing his SUV into a fire hydrant outside of his home. The incident would color a long road toward redemption for the golfing legend.

Fans witnessed a stellar comeback for Woods after he won the 2019 Master in Augusta. The latest update in the journey arrived as he competed alongside his 11-year-old son, Charlie Woods in a tournament at the PNC Championship in Orlando.
