Following his early release courtesy of a presidential pardon from former President Donald Trump, Death Row Records co-founder Michael “Harry-O” Harris connected with the main person that made it all happen; Snoop Dogg.
Snoop, along with prison advocates Weldon Angelos and Alice Marie Johnson, lobbied for the convicted drug kingpin’s early release on attempted murder and drug distribution charges.
Snoop posted a picture of the two in his recording studio on IG, captioning, “Bossangelos boss bac home wit da dogg. Thank u @realdonaldtrump.”

As originally reported, Harry-O was one of 143 people who were pardoned by Trump on his last day in office. His original release date was set for 2028, 32 years after the initial conviction.
Harris is credited for putting up the initial seed money to launch Death Row Records, but ended u in litigation with Suge Knight over the company and its profits while behind bars.
